Very exciting progress this week with IKONIK as they met with Nick Brady and got things rolling with architecture and plans. Our team has met internally and made game plans for finding other sport & entertainment users. We're connected very closely to companies like D-Bat, Shoot 360, etc. and have been working with their teams. The property has updated media, photos, and drone footage. NAI's Marketing team has required us to have a signed NAI Listing Agreement to post the listing on Loopnet, Crexi, NAI, and RealNex. We've just translated our Flint Listing Agreement to the NAI Listing Agreement and that is in Chris's inbox for signature. Once live on all sites, we'll have updated marketing data for the following week regarding page opens, flyer downloads, inquiries, leads, LOIs, etc.
